On Saturday night (November 11) ‘The Ford Guys’ headed north to Echuca-Moama for the second round of the SRA Super Sprint Series and their first look at the impressive Heartland Raceway and although the night ended quite dangerously for the Magilton Racing team, they thoroughly enjoyed their experience at the David Roberts managed venue.

A fortnight ago at Geelong’s Avalon Raceway, the Magilton Racing Team encountered a problem with the fuel pump drive, which forced them to pack up early during hotlaps from the season opener. Consequently, ‘The Ford Guy’ himself failed to contest any laps under anger, but come this Saturday night (November 11) that will change when he lets loose on the wide open spaces of Moama’s Heartland Raceway.

However the V#26 Fontana Automotive / Passlow Ford Maxim progressed through to the main program and took a thrilling heat race victory which left the Ford fans in sheer delight.
